YOUR TEAM:

• Teams hold up to 6 players with 4 players on the ice at a time. Each team is guaranteed three games
• Each member of the team must satisfy the division age specifications.
• Each team must wear shirts of the same color.

YOUR GAME:

• 4 on 4 play
• Each team is guaranteed THREE games.
• An official will be present at each game to keep score, track penalties and resolve disputes, but games will be governed by fair play and respect for teammates and competitors.
• Each game will consist of two 15 min. periods with one 2 min. intermission.
• ~150’ x 65’ ice surface.

NOTEABLE ITEM:

• “any player caught fighting will risk ejection of their entire team from the tournament.”  Let’s keep it fun for everyone!
  

Refund Policy: 
·      Teams who withdraw from the competition prior to February 1st will receive a refund, minus a $50 administration fee.
·      Teams who withdraw from competition after February 1st do so understanding that they are forfeiting their payment.  They are permitted to find a replacement team. 
Cancellation Policy: 
·      The Beluga Lake Classic is an all-weather event.  By entering this event, you acknowledge that you are playing on an outdoor ice surface, and ice conditions are at the mercy of Mother Nature.  All teams are expected to play unless the Organizing Committee deems the ice unsafe.
·      In the case of unsafe ice conditions, play will continue with boots or shoes instead of skates.
·    If, due to cancellation, teams play less than 3 games during the weekend, they will 
be refunded 50% of their entry fee.

DIVISIONS:

Men’s Division: The Men’s Division is men 18 and older who want to have fun and still show some moves.

Women's Division: The Women's Division is for women 18 and older who want to show what women's hockey is all about.

Youth Division: The Rink Rat Division is for ages 13-18 who have the heart of a true pond fanatic.

CO-ED RECREATION LEAGUE 2011-2012

Next spring we are continuing the Co-Ed league. Hopefully, with three to four teams of 10-12 players each. Must be USA hockey members.

• Ice time will be two Saturday nights (7pm ish) a month.
• All players must be USA Hockey Members and HHA Hockey Members.
• League fees will be $55-70 a session (depending on the number of players that sign up). Spring session will be Jan – March with championship tournament in April.
• Temporary Dates: Jan 7, Jan 21, Feb 4, Feb 11, March 3, March 17
• There will still be drop-in co-ed on the alternate Saturdays and Friday nights.
